Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. By creating an account or using interactive features, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

2. Accounts and profile information

Use your own email address, keep your credentials private, and provide information you are allowed to share. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Profiles, matching, and messages

Profile review or a verification badge confirms only the check stated on the profile; it does not guarantee identity, intentions, accuracy, safety, activity, compatibility, or a reply. A match opens access to a conversation but never obligates either person to respond.

4. Credits and paid access

The price and benefit of every package are shown before an order is created. Credits are a limited platform entitlement, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between users unless Nami expressly enables that function. Usage charges are shown before an action is confirmed.

5. Prohibited conduct

Do not impersonate others, scrape or resell data, harass or threaten people, solicit money from members, distribute intimate material without consent, exploit minors, evade a ban, introduce malware, or interfere with the service.

• Never request passwords, one-time codes, private keys, seed phrases, or bank credentials.
• Do not use Nami for trafficking, paid sexual services, investment solicitation, or illegal activity.
• Do not upload photos or text without the necessary rights and consent.

6. Moderation and service changes

Nami may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests. We may change features or pricing prospectively; already purchased entitlements remain governed by the terms shown at purchase unless required otherwise by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Use your own judgment in online and offline interactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nami is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for another user’s conduct, off-platform transactions, or losses caused by ignoring safety warnings. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

8. Contact and complaints

Open the in-site support center for account, payment, copyright, privacy, or safety requests. Include the relevant order or account reference, but never send a password, verification code, full card number, private key, or seed phrase.
