Refund and USDT Policy
Read this before sending USDT. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, and Nami cannot retrieve funds sent incorrectly.

Only USDT on TRON (TRC20) is supported. Pay the exact amount to the address shown on the active order. Do not use another token, network, exchange memo, or address copied from a message.
2. Irreversible transfers
A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be cancelled or reversed by Nami. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong token, or without sufficient network confirmation may be permanently lost.
3. Order confirmation
Submit the 64-character transaction ID after payment. The order is credited only after the required on-chain confirmation and validation of token, network, destination, amount, and transaction uniqueness.
4. Refund eligibility
Consumed credits, completed matching, unlocked rooms, sent messages, and active subscription time are generally non-refundable. Duplicate confirmed payments, a confirmed payment not credited because of a platform error, or a legal right of withdrawal will be reviewed individually.
5. How to request a review
Open in-site support with the order ID, transaction ID, payment time, network, amount, and a description. Never provide a private key or seed phrase. Reviews do not guarantee a refund; approved refunds may require identity or wallet-ownership checks and network fees may be deducted where lawful.
