Respect boundaries and a person’s decision not to reply. Sexual content, repeated unwanted contact, threats, humiliation, hate, stalking, coercion, and sharing private material without consent are prohibited.
Authenticity and verification
Use your own identity and photos you have permission to publish. Verification may include photo consistency, liveness, document, or account checks. The exact completed check is shown by status; a badge is not a guarantee of character or safety.
Financial safety
Do not ask a match for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, wallet access, investments, loans, travel costs, customs fees, or emergency payments. Official Nami payments appear only in the account payment page.
Minors and exploitation
Nami is for adults only. Content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual material is forbidden and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Reporting and enforcement
Use in-site support to report an account, message, image, payment request, or safety concern. Reports may lead to warnings, feature limits, content removal, suspension, permanent bans, evidence preservation, or legal escalation. Retaliation against a reporter is prohibited.
Appeals
If your account is restricted, contact support with the account reference and relevant context. A different reviewer may assess an appeal when appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.
